Para quienquiera que esté construyendo un equipo Web y que quiera saber lo que pienso yo… si no encajas con eso… será una entrada larga y tortuosa…

Cuando están intentando cambiar el mundo necesitan gente que les ayuda. Al principio, necesitan poca gente. Después, necesitan más gente... y por allí va la cosa. Es difícil encontrar gente que:

1) Quiera trabajar con ustedes

2) Por lo que pueden ofrecer

3) Que sepan lo que necesitan

4) Ejecutado con la actitud que requieren

5) Y que sientan esa cosita para su empresa que tienen que sentir

Esta entrada es la nueva revolucion Needish. Un twitter donde pones tu futuro. Lo frustrante de twitter es seguir una persona y siempre estar un paso detrás... ah, me lo perdi. Lo perdi de nuevo.
