Hola a todos. Estamos siempre pensando en ideas creativas para mejorar este blog. Nuestros programadores fueron a almorzar el otro día y llegaron de vuelta a la oficina con una propuesta: compartir casos de éxito aquí. December already?!

I cannot believe it's already December. Where did this year go? It's now full speed ahead to 2009...finishing up projects, getting together with family and friends and of course doing some holiday shopping before January rolls around. This month is always so crazy.

Here at Needish things are even busier than usual with our programmers working hard to get a few big updates ready before the end of the year. The most exciting news is a Beta version on the horizon, so stick around for more on that - our development team is awesome, and it's going to be great.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Readers in the US are probably sitting down to turkey and all the fixings right about now, so we wanted to make sure to wish you a happy Thanksgiving. You don't have to live in the US to be thankful though, so wherever you are take a minute to think about what you're grateful for this year. At Needish we're grateful for plenty of things as a team and as individuals. Not least we appreciate that coming to work is actually fun when you believe in the project you're doing and like the people you're working with! We still work

El Equipo: Reclutamiento 2.0

Para quienquiera que esté construyendo un equipo Web y que quiera saber lo que pienso yo… si no encajas con eso… será una entrada larga y tortuosa…

Cuando están intentando cambiar el mundo necesitan gente que les ayuda. Al principio, necesitan poca gente. Después, necesitan más gente... y por allí va la cosa. Es difícil encontrar gente que:

1) Quiera trabajar con ustedes

2) Por lo que pueden ofrecer

3) Que sepan lo que necesitan

4) Ejecutado con la actitud que requieren

5) Y que sientan esa cosita para su empresa que tienen que sentir
